Return Policy

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order before the product is shipped or produced.
If the cancellation is approved, you will receive a full refund.
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped.


Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your product.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.

  • It must be in the original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

  • Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Customers will only be charged for one shipping cost (including return shipping).
No restocking fees will be applied.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Recheck your bank account.

  2. Contact your credit card company — refunds may take time to be officially posted.

  3. Contact your bank — there is often processing time before posting.
